Development of assumptions for the project of completion of "S" type bore-hole in UGS Kosakowo - the order of INVESTGAS S.A.
Legal and technical consultation on adaptation of foreign entities to work on Polish territory in the implementation of geological work and provision of the so-called "shale gas"; cooperation In this field with WUG Katowice and the subordinate OUG’s on Polish territory.
Development of Plan Ruchus for foreign Operators in projects on the shale gas exploration within concessions granted on Polish territory.
Legal and technical consultation for foreign entities concerning the extent of activities during the performance of geological works for shale gas exploration on Polish territory, relating in particular to mining laws and environmental protection.
Legal consultation on the preparation of drilling projects for shale gas exploration by foreign entities on Polish territory, in particular logistics services and services connected with the preparation of well sites.
Cooperation with the foreign Operator - MND a.s. - on mining supervision of the shale gas drilling projects within ExxonMobil Exploration and Production Poland Sp. z o.o.’s concessions.
